Fee Information for Services

Couples Psychotherapy Appointments

$300 per 60-minute session.

*Includes all intake and follow up appointments (90791C, 90791CI, 90847, and 90846)

Individual Psychotherapy Appointments

$200 per 60-minute session (90791 and 90837).

$175 per 45-minute session (90834).

$150 per 30-minute session (90832).

Please Note

Dr. Allen is only in network with Aetna insurance. Clients with Aetna insurance plans are billed through Headway.

For all other insurance plans, Dr. Allen is considered an out of network provider. These clients will self pay for services upon the session date and will be provided with a superbill, upon request, for appointments that can be submitted for personal reimbursement. Please check with your specific insurance plan for information on reimbursement rates.
